Hey Sis!

My birthday has come and gone, but guess what?

I’m still celebrating and riding this reflection train because this next chapter is looking GOOD. First of all, can we take a moment to celebrate ourselves? 🎉 This week, we thrived!

Even if we haven’t completely broken the habits we’re working on, we’re raising awareness and taking strides to create systems to crush them. That’s a win, and we don’t downplay wins around here.

This week’s theme has been about reflection, breaking habits, and transformation, so today we’re diving into how I’m stepping boldly into my next chapter. Transformation is my word for this season, and I’m moving into it with intention.

What Does Transformation Look Like for Me?

1️⃣ A More Active Mom
I want to run, jump, and play with my Minnie, without gasping for air after five minutes (anybody else feel me?). I’m ready to be present, energetic, and intentional with our time together.

2️⃣ A Deeper Relationship With God
This one is personal. I’m yearning for a stronger connection with God—one that keeps me grounded and guides me in every decision I make.

3️⃣ Physically Fit and Mentally Strong
I’m putting those old habits and thoughts to rest—no more self-sabotage, no more comparison, and no more second-guessing myself. Sis, we are worth the work it takes to heal and grow.

4️⃣ Designing a Life I Don’t Need a Vacation From
It’s time to stop living for “someday.” I want to create a life full of joy, purpose, and peace—every single day.

Assignment: Let’s Transform Together

As we head into the weekend, I want you to carve out a little time for reflection. Here’s your weekend assignment:

  1. Define Your Next Chapter:
Write down 3-5 things you want to transform in your life. Be specific. Is it your health? Your relationship with your kids? Your spiritual journey? Get clear about what you want.
  2. Visualize It:
Close your eyes and imagine the woman you are becoming. How does she carry herself? What does her day look like? What habits does she have?
  3. Take One Action Step:
Transformation starts with one small step. What’s the first thing you can do this weekend to move closer to your vision? Need help? Here are some ideas:
    • Set a bedtime and stick to it.
    • Start a gratitude journal.
    • Plan an activity with your child.
    • Spend quiet time with God.
  4. Write a Love Note to Yourself:
Sis, remind yourself that you are capable of amazing things. Write down an affirmation or a prayer that encourages you to keep going.

Remember

Transformation doesn’t happen overnight, but progress is still progress.

As Philippians 4:13(NIV) reminds us:
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

You’ve got this, sis! Let’s take the weekend to recharge, reflect, and reset.

When Monday comes, we’ll hit the ground running—transformed and ready to conquer this next chapter.

Love you,
Sanjé 💕
