Let’s Finish 2025 Strong, Sis!

Hey girly! Can you believe it’s already Quarter 4 ? Like, where did this year even go?! It feels like we blinked in January and somehow woke up in pumpkin spice season.

Before we dive into this week’s post, let’s pause for a moment to pray for our family and friends in the path of Hurricane Melissa. Lord, we ask for protection, peace, and provision over everyone affected.

Now, back to business, sis. The holidays are knocking at the door (Mariah Carey is already warming up those vocals), and life is about to get busy-busy. But before we go into the holiday rush, let’s take a second to reflect.

Let’s Celebrate the Wins

Some of you are about to start nursing school, others are finishing your first year in your new role, and that’s HUGE. Sis, take a moment to celebrate that!

You’ve shown up through exhaustion, self-doubt, clinical shifts, kids’ homework, and maybe a few tears in your car (TRUSSTTT I’ve been there). But YOU did it ! You’re still standing, and that’s worth acknowledging.

As We Look Toward 2026

We are not doing the “new year, new me” thing, okay? We’re done with that. Instead, we’re focusing on being consistent and intentional. We continuing to stack our habits and walk in purpose.

Because sis, we don’t need a new version of ourselves. We just need to keep nurturing the woman God already called us to be.

3 Steps to Finish the Year Strong

1. Start With Boundaries Before Habits

Okay, hear me out. I know everyone loves “Atomic Habits”, and yes, it’s amazing. But if I could go back in time, I’d tell myself to read “Set Boundaries, Find Peace” first.

Why? Because habits don’t work without healthy boundaries. You can’t build systems if you’re constantly overwhelmed or saying “yes” to everything. Protect your peace first, then build from there.

2. Start Small, Build Momentum

Think of it like the debt snowball method. Start with one small goal for example: drinking more water, journaling 10 minutes a day, or showing up on time for class or work then build from there.

Momentum creates motivation. Every small step adds up to major transformation.

3. Celebrate Every Win (Yes, Every Single One)

You finished a paper early? Celebrate! You made your bed this morning? Celebrate! You didn’t cry in the breakroom this week? BIG celebration, sis!

The small victories matter. They build confidence and remind you that progress doesn’t always look like perfection, it looks like persistence.

Scripture for the Week

“And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.”
— Galatians 6:9 (ESV)

Sis, your season is coming. Keep sowing, keep showing up, and trust that every seed you’ve planted this year will bear fruit in God’s timing.

Prayer for the Week

Heavenly Father, thank You for carrying me through another year. As I close out this season, help me reflect with gratitude, set boundaries with peace, and move forward with purpose. Strengthen me to finish strong and walk boldly into 2026 rooted in faith, balance, and joy. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Final Thoughts

Sis, we made it to Quarter 4 and that’s something to be proud of. This isn’t the time to rush or burn out; it’s the time to slow down, celebrate your growth, and align your heart with God’s plan.

Remember: boundaries first, habits second, and celebration always. You are doing better than you think.

With Love,

Sanjé
